We are located right in the hearth of the historic city center of Arrecife, capital of Lanzarote. The area is called El Charco de San Ginés, a historic landmark in the island, representing the union of the ocean with the capital city of Arrecife. Charming local bars and restaurants are nestled around the lagoon, creating a vibrant atmosphere day and night.
We have nine rooms in total: three big double bed, three standard double bed, two standard single bed and one small single bed. Bathroom is shared with two more rooms.
The minimum stay is 1 week, and because we would love to have you longer, we offer an 18% monthly discount (from 28 nights).

What is included in the price:

Payment policy:
You make a request using your payment details to secure your booking,
We will double check everything is all okay, and send you an email with your booking confirmation.
15 days prior to arrival, you will be charged 50% of your booking balance. The remaining balance will be charged upon check in.
Note: If you book with us less than 15 days before arrival, you will be charged 50% when you receive your booking confirmation.
Cancellation policy:
You can cancel or modify your booking 15 days prior to arrival at no cost.
After that, we will charge 20% of the remaining balance for cancellations up to 7 days prior to arrival, and 100% for no show.
